Financial Horizon does not collect your data, because it has nowhere to send it. Everything you type — balances, bills, income, notes about a claim — is saved by your own browser on your own device. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no email capture, no bank connection, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no cookies set by this application.

What your browser stores

• Your budget records, in your browser's local storage on this device.
• A cached copy of the app itself, so it works without a connection.

Both stay on your device. Clearing your browsing data deletes them, and nobody — including us — can recover them for you. Exported backup files are yours to keep; encrypted backups are protected by a password only you know, and it cannot be reset.

When anything leaves your device

• Loading the site downloads the app's files from our host, like any website.
• Following a link to an external organisation takes you to that site, which has its own policy.
• Emailing us sends only what you choose to write.
• Using the contact form sends what you type in it — your message, and the name and email address you enter if you choose to — to Web3Forms, which forwards it to us by email. Nothing else goes with it: the form cannot read your budget, and none of your records are attached. Web3Forms states that it does not store submissions, that its servers are in the United States, and that its server logs may contain personal information which it deletes periodically. Using the form is entirely optional — the mail link beside it sends nothing through anyone else.

Our host may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and request times. Those logs are about page requests, never about the contents of your budget.

Children

This is a tool for managing household money and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You already have all of it, and the app's Data screen lets you export or erase it at any time.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new date. If the app ever begins transmitting anything, that will be stated plainly before it happens.
